We currently accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The item has a manufacturing defect
Returns are not accepted for:

- Herbal powders, spices, teas, and food products
- Customized, perishable, or fragile items
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind)
3. Return Request Process
- Email us at support@wanderlop.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Attach clear images of the item and outer packaging
Our team will verify your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
4. Refund Policy
Once the return is approved and the item is received:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days
- You will be notified via email once the refund is issued
We reserve the right to deny a return/refund if:
- The return request is delayed
- The product is used, tampered, or incomplete
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped

- If already shipped, cancellation is not possible
